Care Plus Services is a registered provider under NDIS to deliver. The support is based on the individual needs and promotes community participation, relationship building, skill development and maintenance. The individuals are supported by a team of staff who usually work according to a roster.
Supported accommodation services are provided under the Disability Act 2006.
Accommodation options for people with a disability include:
- Support to live in their own home, or the family home.
- Outreach Support to assist people to live more independently in their own home
- Shared Supported Accommodation – an accommodation solution for people who require rostered support and is targeted to people with a disability with the highest support needs.
